1) shoes are pointy in front (thus, insole would be a little longer than usual..)

2) model's usual size is size 35(4) and she is wearing size 35(4) in pictures. Her feet is 22.5cm (length). She is able to fit size 36(5) as well but it is a little loose :) So it is up to you to take 1 size up or stay to your own true size.

(It is recommend for you to take 1 size up if you have wide feet. If they are a little loose for you, you can add a back padding [can be bought in pharmacies])

what if the shoes get to me and they don't fit?
1) exchanges are allowed IF only the size you want to exchange is available (Example: you bought size 35 but you want to change it to size 36. IF we do have size 36, we can exchange the shoes for you) But do take note that shipping cost will be all on you.

2) Send us back the shoes 1st. The shoes will only be eligible for change if they are returned in perfect condition. If the condition is not acceptable, we will send the shoes back to you and exchanges will not be allowed.

3) If the shoes are in perfect condition, we will mail you the shoes :)
