Insole is longer because the front is pointed (but not the sharp kind of pointed. If you look closely, the boots have a round pointed shape :) say no to painful feet!) . Advisable to stick to usual size :) If you are a Size 4, size 5 should be fine for you. Model is a size 4 and is wearing size 5 as well :)
